Data we process

• Account and identification data: name and email address.
• Order and delivery data: products, postal address, city, telephone number and delivery instructions.
• Technical and security data: IP address, user agent and authentication/session information.
• With marketing consent only: product views, cart additions, checkout starts and orders, together with Meta identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data required to manage accounts, carts, orders, delivery, customer support, security and legal or accounting obligations. Meta advertising measurement is optional and is activated only with your consent.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

After consent, the browser may load the Meta Pixel. The same ecommerce actions may also be sent from our server to Meta's Conversions API. For an order, email and telephone number are normalized and SHA-256 hashed before transmission. Hashing remains a form of pseudonymisation and does not make this data anonymous. Browser and server events share an event identifier to prevent double counting.

Recipients and transfers abroad

Data is accessible only to SoccoTerroir and service providers needed for hosting, email, delivery, security and, after consent, Meta advertising measurement. Some providers may process data outside Morocco. These transfers must be covered by the formalities and safeguards required by Moroccan Law 09-08.

Retention and your rights

Data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purpose and applicable legal obligations. Your Meta consent choice is retained for 180 days and can be changed at any time through “Manage cookies”. You may request access, correction or objection by contacting contact@soccoterroir.com.
